to bring respect, decorum and consistency back into the courtroom;

to give the citizens a safe platform to be heard, and to help those who can't help themselves, sometimes, because of life's circumstances;

to make our community a safe and more productive environment to live, work and raise our children and grandchildren;

to enforce the law and insure fairness to all, in the process.
